Office Hours:

• Monday–Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm
• Friday,  9 am - 3 pm

Due to the nature of Dr. Bruggeman’s schedule, patients are seen by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call the office during normal business hours at 208.535.4565.

If you are a new patient, please arrive 20 minutes early to complete registration paperwork. You may also download and complete the patient forms in advance and bring them with you to your appointment accompanied with your insurance card.

Cosmetic consultations are free, however, a credit card number is needed to reserve your appointment.  Your credit card will not be charged, but, if you fail to come to your appointment or cancel it within 24 hours, a $100 fee will be assessed.

Cancellations

To better serve our patients needs, please call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
